Cherokee Advance-a-rama
The Cherokee District is having its Spring Advance-A-Rama at the University of Georgia Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources (180 Greene Street, Athens, GA 30602). Check-in Begins at 7:30 AM. Scouts will be available for pickup at 3:00 PM. All Scouts are invited! Each Scout will have the opportunity to take one exciting (full day) class of their choice.

What to wear: Please wear close toed shoes and non-flamable material like cotton that you don't mind getting dirty. This is a metal shop with lots of metal dust. If you wear a white shirt, it will be grey by the time you leave. Folks with smaller heads, bring a hat to fit under your welding helmet. If you have long hair, tie it back. What to bring: Bring a water bottle and lunch/snack to eat. Sign the waiver. You may bring it with you on class day or email to info@metalshopfantasycamp.com. All participants must have a signed waiver to participate. |
Refund policy for Northeast Georgia Council, BSA: Payments for Scouting events are non-refundable. Event fees can be credited towards another NEGA Council events taking place during the same calendar year as the original event.
