What is a Den Chief?
A Den Chief is a Scouts BSA Scout, Venturer or Sea Scout who assists Den Leaders in a Cub Scout Den.
Training is a must for scouts who want to serve in this capacity and is also recommended for Den Leaders who will be introducing Den Chiefs to their Cubs.
This Den Chief Training session will bring together Den Leaders and prospective Den Chiefs to help build a better Cub Scout program. It will help Scouts BSA scouts improve their leadership skills.
Other adult scout leaders, such as Scoutmasters, Cubmasters and Committee members, are welcome and encouraged to attend to find out more about this beneficial program.
