Theme: AHOY THERE MATEY! 

 

Avast Ye lubbers, set your course for Camp Rotary and a nautical adventure. Hoist your colors by lashing a gaff & yardarm flagpole then set your sails for a High Seas Adventure. Use your water rescue skills when you save your man overboard, keep your vessel in ship shape by speed coiling your mooring ropes and demonstrate your knowledge of the parts of your ship. Be prepared to demonstrate advanced first aid skills used to stabilize saber slashes and punctures from nautical battles with the Royal Navy. Communicate with allies from other ships using Semaphore Skills. Patrols are encouraged to create their own Jolly Roger and Ship name as well as to dress in Pirate or Royal Navy themed costume.

Enter your cardboard canoe in the afternoon races on Lake Hartwell!

Test your cooking skills against the other patrols in the Caribbean themed camp dinner. Close the evening with a Pirates vs Royal Navy Manhunt!

 

Pricing:

Early (Now till October 31):        $15

Regular (Oct 31 to Nov. 6):        $20

Onsite (Nov. 7):                          $25

There is a 3.5% convenience charge for online credit card payments.

 

Refund policy for Northeast Georgia Council, BSA: Payments for Scouting events are non-refundable. Event fees can be credited towards another NEGA Council events taking place during the same calendar year as the original event.
