  • January 6th at the Jefferson Scout Office
  • January 20th at Horizon Christian Academy
  • Febuary 10th at FBC Gainesville Troop 26 Scout Hut
  • February 24th at Central Gwinnett High School


Program instructors in various Scouting disiplines
Food Service positions in kitchen and dining room
Trading Post positions for sales and stocking
Facilities support / Ranger team
"Launch" is our unique program that provides pre-entry level youth the opportunity participate in a two-week leadership, cultural immersion, and customer service expericence.



If we have recieved your Application and you were Interviewed by a Staff Member and recieved an Offer Letter please read the information below.


 Once an offer letter has been received, please complete the following:


Please return the following payroll documents to the Jefferson Service Center:

  • W-4

  • G-4

  • I-9 (only complete Section 1 please)

    • Supporting document from List A

    • Supporting document from List B

    • Supporing document from List B

  • Direct Deposit form (Please note: WE ARE NOW PAPERLESS AND WILL NOT BE ISSUING CHECKS)

  • Work PERMIT if under the age of 16. Please go to the following website.

  • Signed Acceptance Letter

  • The payroll check list for staff

  • Time Off Reguest Form

  • Passenger Authorization From

  • BSA Medical form

If you are participanting in the LAUNCH Program on your Sunday Check-in for camp please bring the following:

  • BSA Medical Form

  • Signed Acceptance letter

  • Time off request

  • Passenger Authorization Form

All Staff please look at the Necessary Training for CRM Summer Camp Staff. (All Training must be completed and certificates of completion should be brought to camp on Staff Check-In Day May 26th, 2024!
