VENTURING ADVANCEMENT
- The Venturing advancement program is available to all YOUTH members of a
crew until the age of 21 is attained. The basic awards are:
- Bronze
- Gold
- Ranger (Outdoor/High Adventure)
- Quartermaster (Sea Scouts)
- The requirements for Venturing Advancement are provided in the Venturing Handbook.
- After a Boy Scout has earned his First Class rank in a troop, he may continue to earn Boy Scout rank, up to and including Eagle Palms as a member of a Venturing Crew; however, no Boy Scout rank can be earned past the age of 18. (Certain exceptions may apply.)
